The Senco Mortgage Plan help its clients to buy houses in Accra or any part of Ghana on a flexible payment plan.

Self-financing Mortgage Plan
This plan allows the client to get their properties designed and built according to their suitability and preferences where they are consulted from the building design stage to finish. The buildings are also situated at a preferred location of the client. Where the client did not choose an area where Senco has lands, we buy land at the client’s preferred location, registered and or titled same in our name specifically for the ordered project by the client.

The house is completed within an agreeably time between 4 months and 24 months depending on the type of building. All the project documents are done in the name of the company and are only transferred to the name of the client after full payment.

This plan is ideal for both client residents in Ghana and outside Ghana. It also allows the client to acquire a lump-sum loan to finance the project.

How it works:

  1. Choose a location and design
  2. Choose a time frame for the completion of the project
  3. Sign contract agreement with Senco
  4. Make payment for a reservation

Payment Plan:

  1. 1year Payment Schedule: The project is completed within 6months to Move-In
    • Pay 5% Reservation/commitment fee within 7days after signing the agreement
    • 2nd payment: 20% (within 1months after signing of the agreement)
    • 3rd payment: 25% (within 3months after signing of the agreement)
    • 4th Payment: 25% (within 5months after signing of the agreement)
    • 5th Payment: 25% (within 6months after completion of the house. This balance attracts an interest of 12% for the six months period. Thus, the client moves in and pays the balance)
  2. 2years Payment Schedule: The project is completed within 12 months to Move-In
    • Pay 5% Reservation/commitment fee within 7days of signing the agreement
    • 2nd payment: 20% (within 2months after signing the agreement)
    • 3rd payment: 25% (within 4months after signing the agreement)
    • 4th Payment: 25% (within 7months after signing the agreement)
    • 5th Payment: 25% (within 12months after completion of the house. This balance attracts an interest of 22% for the twelve months period. Thus, the client moves in and pays the balance)

Senco Off-taker Financing Plan

This plan is for clients who seek to acquire a mortgage financing arrangement with a financial institution. This gives the opportunity to clients to get their property completed normally within 4 to 6 months and they have up to 15 years to pay the financial institution that serves as the off-taker.

With this, the financial institution pays Senco Global Developers Ltd the full cost of the house whiles the client pays the financial institution on an installment basis for the period of years arranged with the bank.

Payment Schedule is normally in accordance with the Project Schedule as agreed with the Off-taker

1st Payment: Reservation fee – 2%
2nd Payment: 23%
3rd Payment: 25%
4th Payment: 25%
5th Payment: 25%
